The HIC is collecting the assessments currently being carried
out by various organisations working in Iraq. We are now making
these assessments available through our Assessments Database,
which you can search through this website.
The assessments cover a variety of locations and sectors, and
we encourage all organisations planning to work in Iraq to consult
the Assessments Database to see which areas have already been
covered. If your organisation has carried out an assessment and
would like to include it in the Assessments Database, please
e-mail an electronic version to the
Assessment Database

The HIC is not responsible for the accuracy of the assessments contained in the database, and users are encouraged to exercise caution in their use of these ssessments. The opinions expressed in the assessments are those of the authors and are not necessarily shared by UN OCHA or the HIC.
