RAP Assessment Documents
The Rapid Assessment Process has been developed by the humanitarian agencies under the guidance of the Office of the Humanitarian Coordinator for Iraq (UNOHCI).

In order to launch an effective response, the humanitarian community needs to have a clear picture of the scale and type of humanitarian needs in Iraq. The RAP is intended to create this shared understanding of the humanitarian situation, providing essential data to support the process of humanitarian coordination.

RAP Assessment Database
The HIC is collecting the Rapid Assessment Process (RAP) assessments currently being carried out by various organisations working in Iraq. We are now making these assessments available through our Rapid Assessment Process (RAP) Database, which you can search through this website.

The RAP assessments cover a variety of locations, and we encourage all organisations planning to work in Iraq to consult the RAP Assessments Database to see which areas have already been covered
